SEASIDE COTTAGE – We collaborated with two artists during construction of a new home of their design. The house takes advantage of distant water views, and is blessed with an abundance of ledge outcrops. Exposing and celebrating these formations was at the top of their list, as well as implementing a vibrant and varied plant list. The result is a very artful, exciting, and inviting series of spaces with Cape Ann granite ledge as an organizing element.
